     If you are interested in adopting one of the Akitas, please select and fill out a form from below.
This information is useful in finding the perfect dog for you and your family.
We'll contact you as soon as we can to discuss placing an Akita with you (usually 7-10 days).

DISCLAIMER: Completing & submitting this application does not guarantee adoption.
After review of the application & references, if you are eligible to adopt,
you will also be required to complete an Adoption Contract.

Depending on your browser, you will either get a download window or
the application will open and you will have to do a "save as" of the file.
